Happy birthday

Hi there sweet crafty friends!
I always tell my husband and non crafty friends, that the crafty community is the best!
I'm not a regular blogger (that's not news for you, right?). I make cards all the time, but not always have the time to post them. I had some encouraging comments in my post yesterday, so I decided to share another quilting related card, that I made for a friend who is an accomplished quilter and love everything purple. I cased this card from a Stampin' Up demonstrator "Stampingjill", she has a great tutorial here, I  changed the size and I  used a different  embossing folder.

I'm linking this one to "Curtain Call" challenge.
Thanks for visiting and have a blessed week.
Loly

  7. Hi Loly!! Oh that's a great effect! Just perfect for a quilt, right? A detailed design, and then an all over stitching (or in this case an embossing folder). Your friend will absolutely love it!

  9. My girlfriend is a quilter and I don't know how she does it. I just don't seem to have the patience to make everything straight. I see your blocks are perfect. I'm jealous. :))))
