Happy Mail for Grayson II

Hello crafty friends!
I hope you are having a wonderful week. Mine started busy, but I'm glad I finally have time to post the cards I made for Aydan (Grayson's older brother and their parents), so here they are.
On this card I didn't stamp at all. The paper is Bella Blvd "Pack your bag" collection. The ships and plane are wood veneers by Studio Calico that came in the SSS September 2013 card kit, and the waves are die cut borders that had on my stash for a long time.

On the second card I heat embossed with clear embossing powder the words 'Believe' and 'Love' both by an old set by Stampin Up!,  to color the background I used distress ink and the focus image is by SSS 'Giving thanks' that came in the Oct 2013 card kit. It looks better IRL, anyway just wanted to share.
Thanks for stopping by today and have a blessed week.
I'm linking the card for Aydan to Monday Challenges at SSS " Nautical".

  7. These are so cute! Love how the plane is pulling the banner on a string in the first card. Great designs and details. Thank you so much for sharing with us at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge Blog!

  8. These are adorable!

I just saw your question on the Fresh Squeezed Stamps blog... thanks for the comment! I used Papertrey Ink's new Tag Sale #8 die to cut my tags. :)

    Have a great weekend!
