Hello!
Hello crafty friends,
I wanted to pop in to share a card I made for the latest CAS(e) this Sketch Challenge #42. What a fun sketch!
I wanted so badly to 'get inky' when I came home from work tonight, but I haven't stamped at all on this card. (Isn't that weird?) The flower is a stamp and matching die by Hero Arts, and I used a wood veneer speech bubble that I got at Michael's. Very simple card, but it took me a while to choose all the elements. So here is my card.
Hope your having a great week! Thanks for visiting.

So cheery! What a brightly encouraging card. The speech bubble is trendy and I see a little ink around those edges... We get inky one way or another.
ReplyDeleteYou nailed the sketch! I love the yellow and die cut flower. Very pretty!
ReplyDeleteSuch a happy card--love those sunshine rays! Great take on the sketch, Loly!
ReplyDeletePerfect! I know what you mean about taking a lot of time to choose the elements!! Coming up with a design takes me longer than making the card. Love this!
ReplyDeleteFabulous card, Loly! And, BTW, I received your CCC card and love it!!!! Thanks for the goodies too.
ReplyDeleteThe speech bubble flower centre is perfect!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for sharing with us at CAS(E) this Sketch this week!
Such a fun card! Love what you've done!
ReplyDeleteGreat & fun card with those chevrons and big flower! I love the hole punched into the speech bubble for the letter "O!"
ReplyDeleteI spend a crazy amount of time picking things out too! Even on the "simple" ones : ) So creative on how you have the speech bubble in the center of your flower. Lovely card, Loly!
ReplyDeleteLove how this is put together! Great card!
ReplyDeleteVery clever card design.

Very sweet card! I find that happens sometimes to me too - the non stamping thing, but you went with the flow, and you created a great card!
ReplyDeleteI know you must have taken such CARE to pick out the elements! The embossed background is lovely with the chip board and flower die! Beautiful job!
