My card for Sebastian

Hi everybody, I hope all of you are having a great December. It has been quite hectic here lately, so I had very little time to craft, but I try to visit my favourite blogs every day. I was visiting Amy Tsuruta's blog and I found her post about Sebastian, so I decided to make one card for him. The card is probably in his hands by now, I just didn't have time to write this post earlier. So here is the card. I hope he likes it.

Simon Says Stamps Challenge

Hi Everybody, I made two cards today to play along with Simon Says Stamps Challenge. Here are my takes.

I used an old leaf stamp by SU! Paisley Prints, on white CS, then I embossed the sentiment in white on a brown cardstock, I used thin strips of the same CS for the borders of the central panel and to add some dimension I used my paper crimper.Finally adhere everything with foam adhesive. ANd here is the second one.

I punched some leaves with a MS punch in four different colors of cs, and adhered them to the base with glossy accents, then I added the 'falling' leaves. I Used a SSS October Kit of the month stamp for the sentiment and stamped it with Colorbox chalk ink, I punched a buttom with a MS punch and adhered everything with foam adhesive. I have fun making them. Have a blessed rest of the week.

I fequently visit Retro Sketches blog, I really like their sketches. 
The designer team and the participants are very talented people. If you are looking for inspiration you won't be disappointed.
So today I decided to play along, this is my take on the sketch.

I used SU! papers, ink and sentiment. The tree is HA and comes in a set with the die.

Hi everybody! I was visiting some blogs yesterday and I saw this challenge at Cas-ual Fridays, so I decided to play along and I made this simple Christmas Card.
Believe me is prettier in person, I added some glossy accents in the centers of the snowflakes.

On line card Classes Challenges

Hi everybody! I'm taking an online class called Kickstart here, I've learnt so much in the past 2 weeks. One day they suggested us to take part in challenges, so this week I made 3 different cards for 3 challenges. I know I have to keep practising, but I really enjoyed being "challenged"
Here are my cards...

This one is for Young Crafters Unite, Learning is fun. The technique I used is masking, then I used watercolor pencil to give more definition to some leaves.

My other card is for Retro sketches, I liked the sketch so much, that I made several cards, but I'm posting here only one.

I mention before I made 3 cards, the other one is in my previous post.

Simon Says Challenge

Hi everybody! From the moment I read this challenge  http://simonsaysstampandshow.blogspot.com/2012/09/challenge-read-all-about-it_4.html I knew what I wanted to do. So here it is my Book shaped card. I have so much fun making it, and it was a real challenge because of the colors I use, tan, dark moss and brown ink, very different from te bright colors I normally use, but on the other hand I love books so much tat I couldn't stop till I finish very late last night.
